Rebecca Bischoff, LCSW
Founder/Psychotherapist
I’m Rebecca (she/hers),
I’m a millennial therapist who’s been on both sides of the couch. I know how important it is to find a therapist you connect with, and I strive to make the process feel comfortable, safe, and less intimidating.
Over the years, I’ve worked in private practice, inpatient and outpatient programs, and elementary/middle schools which has given me a wide perspective on the many ways people experience challenges and resilience. What I’ve learned is that everyone already carries strengths within them — and therapy is a space to uncover and build on those strengths.
In our sessions, I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment. We’ll work together on the goals that matter most to you, whether that’s creating change, restoring balance, or finding insight and hope when life feels overwhelming. I’ll walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
Hi there!
I value connection inside and outside the therapy room. Outside of sessions I enjoy quality time with my friends and family, hiking with my dog Luna and getting lost in a new documentary. To stay grounded and recharged I turn to yoga and listening to music weekly.
